101 ways to use Captain BBQ Products:
Backyard BBQ Sauce:
Use for beef, chicken, pork, fish and vegetables.
1. Pour some sauce directly on food before eating.
2. Brush sauce on food when cooking time is ¾ finished.
3. Mix 1 part sauce to 1 part apple juice and baste food with it.
4. Mix 1 part sauce and 1 part Italian dressing for marinade.
5. Mix 1 part sauce and 1 part apple cider vinegar for a tangy basting sauce.
6. Stir fry veggies as usual and add a few tablespoons of sauce for great flavor.
7. Mix some sauce and diced red onions with hamburger for BBQ burgers.
8. Lightly brush on fish before grilling.
9. Place sauce on the table and put it on everything.
10. Mix equal parts sauce to equal parts melted butter for steak sauce.
11. Mix equal parts sauce with equal parts mayonnaise for chicken sandwich spread.
12. Mix sauce in brown gravy for BBQ meatloaf gravy.
13. Mix sauce with secret spice to paste form and rub on meat before cooking.
14. Add 1 cup crushed pineapple, ¼ cup honey and 1 cup BBQ sauce for sweet & sour BBQ sauce.
15. One part beer to one part sauce for a great BBQ basting sauce.
16. Make beef teriyaki and brush on sauce before serving.
17. Add sauce to sliced beef for BBQ Beef.
18. Brush on slow cooked chicken every 30 minutes for a thick glaze.

Use for beef, chicken, pork, fish and vegetables.
22. Baste chickens with this sauce for honey mustard chicken.
23. Use as a dipping sauce for oriental food.

26. Toss some sauce with salad greens for light honey mustard dressing.

42. Add rub to burger meat.
43. Coat all steaks generously.

46. Season ribs before cooking.
47. Sprinkle on anything teriyaki before use.

Secret Spice All Purpose Rub:
(Lighter and sweeter than Beef & Rib Rub)
Use for beef, chicken, pork, fish and vegetables.
62. Sprinkle generously on pork shoulder and slow smoke.
63. Mix with breadcrumbs and brush catfish.
64. Use mixed with flour and as spice in southern fried chicken.
65. Enhance gravies and sauces with this spice.
66. This spice works on all barbequed foods.
